Should i get the octane cell phone or the cosmos cellphone?

so i might be getting a cell phone soon and those are the two i am stuck between. btw this will be my first ever cell phone. and so my cousin suggestied the octane and i looked on the version website and i found that found. but i also found the cosmos ( not the touch screen one). so yeah tell me a quick review and umm help me decide tell me which is better. kk thanks bye bye
