How can i be a Ballet Girl on Broadway's Billy Eliot?

Ok, I am definatly old enough because they have people from ages like 6,7-25!!! so I could be in it but I want to be a Ballet Girl!! like in the song "Razzle Dazzle" and "Solidarity" and stuff! I have had some dance experiance but they don't even look like they do Ballet they just like dance to coreography! I am good at following dirrections and i would love to know how to get on Billy Eliot on Broadway!!!!!! some plz reply!!!!!!!!!! Plus is it still on Broadway?
