Can anyone please help?..I'm crying here with pain.?

My 9 months old Squirrel has ear mites..I'm treating her with ivermectin...It's been 2 days now..She hates it when I apply anything on her skin..normally she's very very playful n lets me touch her a lot...But today when I applied baby oil on her skin,she started acting like crazy..she doesn't even let me touch her and bites back..If this continues how can I treat her for ear mites.Is there any possible skin inflammation that she's got?..If so how do I treat it?
