Red, sore anus and pain while having a bowel movement?

Hi, I was having pain while having a bowel movement for like 5 weeks and my doctor put me on rectogesic for fissures but its been another 6 weeks now and I am still having pain while having a bowel movement and my anus feels tender, sore and red and I also have a small lump that gets bigger if I touch it is bright red (almost blood colour). There is also still inflammation. Any ideas please guys??
