What do i do about this freaking zit MARK?

The zit was tiny. i tried to get rid of inflammation so i put toothpaste on it. it became flat and all, but the skin became really dry and hard. (its above my lip and below my nose. i never really get zits there) well when i move my lip somehow, the skin wrinkles up. i tried exfoliating but it didnt work. i tried moisturizing, it didnt work. any tips? thanks<3 its really pissing me off
