Feel so alone................?

I can't shake this feeling of being utterly alone. My good friends are all out of state and we talk every once in a while, but it's not the same as when they lived here. My Dad passed away, we used to always talk. I just don't feel like I have anyone to talk to. Suggestions? PLEASE don't say "join a group" because I have serious chronic bladder inflammation and do not want to go through the embarrassment of being in a group of new people and constantly running to the bathroom. Thanks.
