Good books for learning how to read and write poerty?

I understand that no book will teach you how to write a perfect poem, but, while I'm young, I don't think it would hurt to at least try to learn how to write a GOOD poem, like the mechanics and techniques. Like, what makes the Waste Land by TS Eliot different from gibberish and randomly strung together lines? Anyway, any suggestions on books.
