Selling to a ZERO feedback ebay buyer?

Hi, I've just sold a cellphone to a zero feedback buyer who just made his account today. He bought the phone at the "buy it now" price as his first bid...I find this kind of suspicious. Please give me advice(s)! Thank-you.
