HELP DOWN THERE LADIES!!!!!?!?

For the past few weeks i've been expieriencing this gradual itch on, around, and on the hood of my clitoris I've noticed there are tiny little raised bumps that are not red but shiny at the top.. No inflammation. What could this be?? Is it something related to a bacterial thing??
