I need help and quick please...?

I have had discharge and inflammation on my vagina now for about 2 months. I treated it once as a yeast infection, but no help. The latest thing that has happened was that one of the lips of my vagina inflamed to 3 times normal size. I need opinions on what to do or maybe what this is for real. I'm only 16, so I'm scared to go to a gynecologist... PLEASE HELP ME!
