Is Rep. Paul Afraid of Obama: Rep. Paul "Other possible GOP candidates 'cautious' because of Obama"?

I think it has more to do with many republican controlled state legislatures trying to force fascist and unconstitutional bills on the electorate. The state level republicans have exposed the fascist agenda of the GOP and it will end up hurting the GOP on the federal level too.
