Question about picture texting?

Ok, in my cellphone plan I have to pay for picture texting, but regular texts are unlimited and free. If I send a picture text with more than one picture in it, does it cost as just ONE picture text? Or does it count as TWO because I sent 2 pictures within the one text. I hope this wasn't confusing, and if it matters my plan is with US Cellular.
