Legally your mom and sis should not be a 2 year contract. T mobile was sued for that before. They will put you in a contract but it is not legal. T Mobile is going out of business pending the merger so the phones will not work anyways so it would make sense to switch to some one like Boost if you do not want a contact. You can sue T Mobile if they try to hit you up for early term fees when they merger goes though if they did something illegal.
