Please help! clogged feeling in my ear!?

ok ive determined its not wax build up because i bought the ear cleaning kit thing and nothing came out...Allergy medicines havent worked. popping my ear dosent work either. the only thing that helps is when i pull on my ear lobe my ear feels like it opens up...im thinking some sort of inflammation what do y'all think?
