What pain reliever can I take with Fluoxetine? (prozac)?

My Dr. Put me on Fluoxetine (Prozac). I just noticed that it says I cannot take NSAIDs, which is a problem! I have a bone morrow disorder, kind of like Arthritis is how it feels. I need anti-inflammitory medication and motrin/ibprofen is the only thing that works. Tylenal doesn't work for inflammation. What can I do?? I need help!
